Growing up in Romania and starting with little more than the clothes on their back, medical care was something that Dr. Popescu’s family considered a luxury – especially dentistry. Dr. Popescu decided that he wanted to be part of the solution to this problem, and be able to show compassion to those that were less fortunate. After dental school, between working in both Ohio and Florida, Dr. Popescu returned to Romania on dental mission trips that allowed him to provide dental care to those with little access back in his homeland.
In his spare time, Dr. Popescu loves playing beach volleyball and soccer, attending car shows, and discovering new restaurants. He’s also very involved with his church, First Baptist Church of Naples.
